From a young age, children and young people are very perceptive and often hold more enthusiasm and energy at that age, than when they begin to mature. We believe it is our responsibility, to harness that energy and enthusiasm in to healthy and positive habits.
Whether it is creating group exercise and activities to encourage teamwork, leadership and responsibility; or to enhance physical skills such as rhythm, coordination, eating right or the basics of body mechanics,; it is important for every interaction between Fibers staff and it's young participants to have both a mental and physical benefit.
