Youth Training

For children and young adults, Fibers recognises that there is a temptation to be physical inactive and to harbor incorrect eating habits, which can lead to increased depression levels and low self-esteem. At Fibers, we facilitate our youths with one-to-one personal training, guidance and consultation on both diet and fitness. Whether new to fitness, a seasoned athlete in need of further conditioning and training, or just looking to have active fun after school with friends, our health and fitness professionals are at hand to design a custom-made program catering for youths from 4 to 17 years.
